Defund the CBC

The cost of government is driving up the cost of living. At a time when Canadians are facing skyrocketing costs for housing, groceries and fuel, the Trudeau Liberals have dramatically increased taxpayer handouts to the CBC.

The CBC is an urban focused, left-wing media outlet. We already have many of those. We don’t need media telling rural people that they’re the source of Canada’s problems and using our money to do it.

The CBC receives approximately $1.4 billion every year from taxpayers and that needs to stop. As your MP, Branden will fight to scrap the CBC once and for all.
